目的：对于怀疑是肺癌的患者采取X线检查的方法来进行诊断，探讨并分析这种方法在临床上的效果及应用的价值。方法将高度怀疑患有胃癌并且在我院接受治疗的总共66例病人作为本次实验的研究对象，将这些患者随机分成两组，试验组患者采用胃精细钡气造影X线检查，对照组患者采用实验室检查，平均每组33例患者。对比分析两组患者胃癌的检出率。结果在66例患者中，实验组的患者在 X 线诊断下，检出率（93.94％）明显高于对照组的检出率（66.66％），在统计学上有意义（ P＜0.05）。比较不同的发生部位与肿块型、蕈伞型、溃疡型胃癌X线的征象，具有明显的差异，在统计学上有意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在X线的检查下，胃癌在临床上的检出率明显的得到了提高，对早期胃癌的诊断具有可靠的结果。

Objecitve To diagnose patients with suspected lung cancer by X -ray examination ,investigate and ana-lyze the clinical effect and application value of this method .Mtehods 66 cases with highly suspected lung cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects , these patients were randomly divided into two groups ,33 cases in each group,the experimental group was given fine X -ray air-barium radiography in stomach examination , the control group was given laboratory tests.Comparatively analyzed the detection rate of gastric cancer in two groups .Rseults In the 66 cases of patients ,after diagnosing by X -raythe,the detection rate of experimental group (93.94%) was significantly higher than the control group (66.66%), it was statistically significant (P<0.05).When compared the gastric cancer X-ray signs of different parts and mass type ,fungating type and ulcerated type ,the differences were statistically signifi-cant ( P<0.05 ).Conclusions Under the examination of X -ray,the detection rate of gastric cancer has improved sig-nificantly in clinic , the results are reliable for early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
