Alpha cells lining protein antibody%Rheumatism.Clinical value
目的：研究两种α-胞衬蛋白（αfodrin）抗体在原发性干燥综合征（ pSS）等风湿病中的意义。方法选择本院门诊和住院患者256例，其中包括pSS 30例、类风湿关节炎（RA）53例、系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）36例，其他风湿病137例。以酶联免疫吸附法（ ELISA）测定其血清αfodrin抗体IgG、IgA型，以免疫印迹法测定其抗SSA、SSB抗体。结果 pSS 组、RA 组、SLE 组 IgG 型αfodrin 抗体测定值分别为（10.87±7.44） u/mL、（8.21±4.02）u/mL、（6.70±1.50）u/mL；IgA型αfodrin 抗体测定值分别为（12.72±15.52）u/mL、（6.60±2.36）u/mL、（6.55±1.73）u/mL；αfodrin抗体IgG、IgA型诊断pSS的敏感性分别为36.7％、33.3％；特异性分别为87.6％、92.1％。结论本研究检测的αfodrin抗体IgA型诊断pSS的特异性较高，与抗SSA、SSB联合检测，可以提高pSS的诊断水平，但其敏感性较低，可能与检测方法和试剂有关。

목적：연구량충α-포츤단백（αfodrin）항체재원발성간조종합정（ pSS）등풍습병중적의의。방법선택본원문진화주원환자256례，기중포괄pSS 30례、류풍습관절염（RA）53례、계통성홍반랑창（SLE）36례，기타풍습병137례。이매련면역흡부법（ ELISA）측정기혈청αfodrin항체IgG、IgA형，이면역인적법측정기항SSA、SSB항체。결과 pSS 조、RA 조、SLE 조 IgG 형αfodrin 항체측정치분별위（10.87±7.44） u/mL、（8.21±4.02）u/mL、（6.70±1.50）u/mL；IgA형αfodrin 항체측정치분별위（12.72±15.52）u/mL、（6.60±2.36）u/mL、（6.55±1.73）u/mL；αfodrin항체IgG、IgA형진단pSS적민감성분별위36.7％、33.3％；특이성분별위87.6％、92.1％。결론본연구검측적αfodrin항체IgA형진단pSS적특이성교고，여항SSA、SSB연합검측，가이제고pSS적진단수평，단기민감성교저，가능여검측방법화시제유관。
Objective To study the two alpha cells lining protein antibodies in primary sjogren′s syndrome and so on the meaning of the rheumatism.Methods Our hospital outpatient and hospitalized patients 256 cases, including 30 ca-ses of pSS, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) 53 cases, systemic lupus erythematosus36 cases, other 137 cases of rheuma-tism.By the method of enzyme -linked immunosorbent (ELISA) determination of its serum alpha fodrin antibody IgG , IgA, with western blot method to measure its anti SSA , SSB antibody.Results The pSS, RA and SLE group type IgG antibody of alpha fodrin measurements ( 10.87 ~7.44)u/mL, respectively, ( 8.21 ~4.02)u/mL, ( 6.70 ~1.50)u/mL; IgA alpha fodrin antibody measurements respectively (12.72 ~15.52)u/mL, (6.60 ~2.36)u/mL, (6.55~1.73)u/mL;Alpha fodrin antibody IgG, IgA, the sensitivity of diagnosis of pSS are 36.7%and 36.7%respec-tively;Specificity of 87.6%, 92.1%respectively.Conclusions This study to detect alpha fodrin antibody specificity of diagnosis of pSS IgA is higher , and anti SSA , SSB joint detection , can improve the diagnostic level of pSS , but its sensi-tivity is low, may be associated with testing methods and reagents.
