目的：分析在无痛分娩中联合应用缩宫素对分娩的影响。方法选取2011年3月～2012年11月间分娩的初产妇65例（无痛分娩），其中实验组30例应用缩宫素，对照组35例无联用缩宫素。对两组的产程进展情况、分娩方式、镇痛效果、产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分进行对比。结果实验组各项指标均明显优于对照组。实验组及对照组组间比较三个阶段的产程均缩短，实验组剖宫产率低，产后两小时出血量少，新生儿Apgar评分高，差异均具有统计学意义。两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义。结论在无痛分娩中加用缩宫素，可缩短产程进展，降低剖宫产率、减轻疼痛度、减少并发症的发生。

Objective The analysis of the impact on the delivery , that painless parturition combined with oxyto-cin.Methods Selected 65 cases delivery of primipara in Harbin hospital from March 2011-November 2012.The ex-perimental group 30 cases of application of oxytocin , the control group 35 cases without combination with oxytocin.The two groups were compared about the progress of labor , delivery methods ,analgesic effect , postpartum blood loss and neo-natal Apgar score.Results The experimental group were significantly better than control group in the indicators .Com-parison between the experimental group and the control way three stages of labor are shortened , Experimental group ce-sarean delivery rate is low , two hours postpartum haemorrhage amount less , neonatal Apgar score is high ,the differences were statistically significant.Conclus ions Added with oxytocin to the epidural , which can shorten labor progress , re-duce cesarean section rate , relieve pain , reduce complications.
