为了提高特大型齿轮激光跟踪在位测量系统的精度,降低测量过程中三维测量平台的运动自由度,设计了三维测量平台姿态调整系统。为实现三维测量平台的自动姿态调整,建立了2个姿态调整模型来实现姿态调整量的计算,构建姿态调整系统并分析姿态调整模型的调整精度。通过姿态调整系统的3个高度调整电机与1个角度调整电机,实现三维测量平台的姿态调整,最终实现三维测量平台坐标系与特大型齿轮工件坐标系的平行,在最佳姿态下测量特大型齿轮的误差项目。实验结果表明,姿态调整模型正确,系统可实现119"的调整精度,可应用于特大型齿轮激光跟踪在位测量系统。

To improve the measurement precision of mega gears in an in-site measurement system with a laser track-er,and to reduce the motion degree of freedom of the three-dimensional measurement platform(TMP)in the meas-urement process,the auto attitude adjustment system has been designed. Two attitude adjustment models have been developed to achieve the computation of the adjustment value of the attitude adjustment. The adjusted precision of the attitude adjustment models are analyzed. The attitude adjustment of the TMP is achieved by an attitude adjust-ment system which has three motors for height adjustment and one motor for angle adjustment,and finnaly the coor-dinate system of the TMP is adjusted to parallel to the workpiece coordinate system of the mega gear.Finally the er-rors of the mega gear are measured in the best condition. The experimental results show that the attitude adjustment model is correct,the adjustment precision of the system is 119" ,and it can be used with the in-site measurement system with a laser tracker for mega gears.
