目的:评价白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃疗效及对血清TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-12的影响。方法:84例斑秃患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(41例)。治疗组给予口服白芍总苷及复方甘草酸苷,局部外用倍他米松溶液,对照组仅给予口服复方甘草酸苷及外用药物,3个月后评价疗效并采用ELISA法检测患者血清TNF-α、TGF-β1及IL-12水平。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗有效率分别为83.7%和63.4%,差异有统计学意义。治疗组TNF-α、TGF-β1及IL-12水平较对照组明显降低( P<0.05)。结论:白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷可能通过调节血清细胞因子达到治疗斑秃的作用。

목적:평개백작총감연합복방감초산감치료반독료효급대혈청TNF-α、TGF-β1화IL-12적영향。방법:84례반독환자수궤분위치료조(43례)화대조조(41례)。치료조급여구복백작총감급복방감초산감,국부외용배타미송용액,대조조부급여구복복방감초산감급외용약물,3개월후평개료효병채용ELISA법검측환자혈청TNF-α、TGF-β1급IL-12수평。결과:치료조화대조조치료유효솔분별위83.7%화63.4%,차이유통계학의의。치료조TNF-α、TGF-β1급IL-12수평교대조조명현강저( P<0.05)。결론:백작총감연합복방감초산감가능통과조절혈청세포인자체도치료반독적작용。
Objective:To assess the efficacy and determine the possible mechanism of total paeony glucosides combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods:Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into experimental group (43 patients) and control group (41 patients). In addition to the therapy of compound glycyrrhizin and betamethasone liquid in control group the total paeony glucosides was given to the patients in experimental group. After 3-months treatment the therapeutic effects were evaluated and the levels of TNF-α TGF-β1 and IL-12 were measured by ELISA immunosorbent assay. Results:The effective rate in experimental group and control group were 83.7% and 63.4% with a significant difference (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α TGF-β1and IL-12 were reduced in experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment mechanism of total paeony glucosides combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of alopecia areata may be by regulation of NF-α、TGF-β1 and IL-12.
