目的：调查银屑病合并代谢综合征( metabo1ic syndrome，MS)的患病率。方法：按照MS诊断标准对311例银屑病确定合并MS的患病率。结果：银屑病组MS患病率(30.9％)；男性合并MS的患病率为35.0％(54例)，高于女性的21.65％(17例)(P<0.05)。结论：对银屑病患者应注意MS的筛查。
목적：조사은설병합병대사종합정( metabo1ic syndrome，MS)적환병솔。방법：안조MS진단표준대311례은설병학정합병MS적환병솔。결과：은설병조MS환병솔(30.9％)；남성합병MS적환병솔위35.0％(54례)，고우녀성적21.65％(17례)(P<0.05)。결론：대은설병환자응주의MS적사사。
Objective:To determine the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) among the patients with psoriasis. Methods:According to the diagnostic standard of MS the prevalence was determined among 311 patients with psoriasis. Results:The prevalence of MS was 30.9% in this group of patients. While the prevalence of MS in male patients was 35.0% (54 cases) the prevalence of MS in female patients was 21.65%( 17 cases) with a significant difference. Conclusion:Screening for MS should raise attention among the psoriatic patients.
