目的：调查浙江省麻风治愈存活者的基本健康状况和影响因素。方法：对浙江省登记在册的全部麻风治愈者，采用入户调查的方法进行问卷调查。结果：麻风治愈存活者中慢性病患病率为59.86％，主要为高血压、胃病、支气管炎、糖尿病和高血脂。影响麻风治愈者健康的主要影响因素是性别、年龄、居住和畸残情况。结论：麻风治愈存活者健康状况差，应加强对麻风治愈者的人文和健康关怀。
목적：조사절강성마풍치유존활자적기본건강상황화영향인소。방법：대절강성등기재책적전부마풍치유자，채용입호조사적방법진행문권조사。결과：마풍치유존활자중만성병환병솔위59.86％，주요위고혈압、위병、지기관염、당뇨병화고혈지。영향마풍치유자건강적주요영향인소시성별、년령、거주화기잔정황。결론：마풍치유존활자건강상황차，응가강대마풍치유자적인문화건강관부。
Objective:To determine the basic health status and the influencing factors for the ex-leprosy patients. Methods:A questionaire was used to collect the information on health status among the registered ex-leprosy patients in the province. Results: The prevalence of chronic disease was 59. 9% mainly including hypertension gastropathy bronchitis osteoarthrosis and diabetes mellitus. Gender age inhabitation and disability were the main influencing factors for the health status. Conclusion: The health status among the ex-leprosy patients is not optimistic. More care in terms of psychological intervention rehabilitation and social care should be strengthened.
