目的：确定银屑病患者的瘙痒特征并评价其生活质量。方法：采用问卷调查的方法，评价银屑病患者的瘙痒特征和生活质量。结果：131例银屑病患者中有89.31％伴有不同程度的瘙痒，其中87.18％的患者因瘙痒影响心情，62.39％因瘙痒影响睡眠；相关分析显示，瘙痒强度、频率、持续时间与银屑病严重程度和皮损红斑、浸润、脱屑呈正相关( P<0.05)。结论：大多数银屑病患者有不同程度的瘙痒，且对患者的生活质量产生的负面影响。
목적：학정은설병환자적소양특정병평개기생활질량。방법：채용문권조사적방법，평개은설병환자적소양특정화생활질량。결과：131례은설병환자중유89.31％반유불동정도적소양，기중87.18％적환자인소양영향심정，62.39％인소양영향수면；상관분석현시，소양강도、빈솔、지속시간여은설병엄중정도화피손홍반、침윤、탈설정정상관( P<0.05)。결론：대다수은설병환자유불동정도적소양，차대환자적생활질양산생적부면영향。
Objective:To determine the pruritic characteristics in patients with psoriasis and to evaluate their quality of life. Methods:The itch scale and DLQI questionnaire were adopted to assess the characteristics of pruritus and the quality of life in patients with psoriasis. Results: Out of 131 patients with psoriasis 89.31% patients suffered from different degrees of itching. Of these pruritic patients the mood of 87.18% patients and the sleep of 62.39% patients were affected because of pruritus. Correlation analysis showed that the intensity frequency and duration of itching were correlated with erythema infiltration desquamation of the lesions ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Pruritus is common in psoriatic patients and has a negative impact on the patients' quality of life.
