目的：探讨白内障术中抛光模式全囊膜抛光预防后囊膜混浊的效果。<br> 方法：对162例194眼患者进行白内障超声乳化手术,并植入后房型人工晶状体。100眼术中用抛光模式进行全囊膜抛光,94眼术中用抛光器进行囊膜抛光。<br> 结果：术后随访12mo,抛光模式抛光组有6眼(6.0%)发生后囊膜混浊；抛光器抛光组有15眼(16.0%)发生后囊膜混浊,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。<br> 结论：白内障术中采用抛光模式全囊膜抛光能有效预防后囊膜混浊的发生。

목적：탐토백내장술중포광모식전낭막포광예방후낭막혼탁적효과。<br> 방법：대162례194안환자진행백내장초성유화수술,병식입후방형인공정상체。100안술중용포광모식진행전낭막포광,94안술중용포광기진행낭막포광。<br> 결과：술후수방12mo,포광모식포광조유6안(6.0%)발생후낭막혼탁；포광기포광조유15안(16.0%)발생후낭막혼탁,량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。<br> 결론：백내장술중채용포광모식전낭막포광능유효예방후낭막혼탁적발생。
AIM:To evaluate the effect of all capsule polishing with polishing mode for decreasing the occurrence of posterior capsular opacification( PCO) . <br> METHODS: Totally 194 eyes ( 162 patients ) were performed phacoemulsification, posterior chamber intraocular lens were implanted. One hundred eyes were performed with all capsule polishing with polishing mode;94 eyes were performed with the polishing apparatus. <br> RESULTS:The patients were followed up for 12mo. Six eyes ( 6. 0%) of PCO were found in the 100 eyes with polishing mode group; 15 eyes ( 16. 0%) of PCO were found in the 94 eyes with the polishing apparatus group. The difference was significant (P<0. 05). <br> CONCLUSION: It can decrease the occurrence of PCO by performing all capsule polishing with polishing mode.
