目的:观察Oculus角膜地形图仪检查飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术( laser in situ keratomileusis, LASIK)术后泪膜的变化。<br> 方法:收集2013-08/09于我院行飞秒激光制瓣LASIK并随访3 mo的患者120例240眼,观察术前、术后1 wk;1,2,3 mo患者的 Oculus 角膜地形图仪检查的泪膜破裂时间( tear break-up time,BUT)、Oculus角膜地形图仪检查的泪河高度( tear meniscus height,TMH)。<br> 结果:Oculus BUT:术后1 wk;1,2 mo与术前相比有显著差异( P=0.012,0.000,0.023<0.05),术后3 mo与术前相比无显著差异(P=0.236>0.05)。泪河高度:术后1wk;1,2mo与术前相比有显著差异( P=0.025,0.019,0.026<0-05),术后3 mo 与术前相比无显著差异( P=0.375>0-05)。<br> 结论:飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术在一定时间和一定程度上影响泪膜的稳定性,发生机制与多种因素有关,持续时间比较短,症状比较轻。
目的:觀察Oculus角膜地形圖儀檢查飛秒激光製瓣準分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術( laser in situ keratomileusis, LASIK)術後淚膜的變化。<br> 方法:收集2013-08/09于我院行飛秒激光製瓣LASIK併隨訪3 mo的患者120例240眼,觀察術前、術後1 wk;1,2,3 mo患者的 Oculus 角膜地形圖儀檢查的淚膜破裂時間( tear break-up time,BUT)、Oculus角膜地形圖儀檢查的淚河高度( tear meniscus height,TMH)。<br> 結果:Oculus BUT:術後1 wk;1,2 mo與術前相比有顯著差異( P=0.012,0.000,0.023<0.05),術後3 mo與術前相比無顯著差異(P=0.236>0.05)。淚河高度:術後1wk;1,2mo與術前相比有顯著差異( P=0.025,0.019,0.026<0-05),術後3 mo 與術前相比無顯著差異( P=0.375>0-05)。<br> 結論:飛秒激光製瓣準分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術在一定時間和一定程度上影響淚膜的穩定性,髮生機製與多種因素有關,持續時間比較短,癥狀比較輕。
목적:관찰Oculus각막지형도의검사비초격광제판준분자격광원위각막마양술( laser in situ keratomileusis, LASIK)술후루막적변화。<br> 방법:수집2013-08/09우아원행비초격광제판LASIK병수방3 mo적환자120례240안,관찰술전、술후1 wk;1,2,3 mo환자적 Oculus 각막지형도의검사적루막파렬시간( tear break-up time,BUT)、Oculus각막지형도의검사적루하고도( tear meniscus height,TMH)。<br> 결과:Oculus BUT:술후1 wk;1,2 mo여술전상비유현저차이( P=0.012,0.000,0.023<0.05),술후3 mo여술전상비무현저차이(P=0.236>0.05)。루하고도:술후1wk;1,2mo여술전상비유현저차이( P=0.025,0.019,0.026<0-05),술후3 mo 여술전상비무현저차이( P=0.375>0-05)。<br> 결론:비초격광제판준분자격광원위각막마양술재일정시간화일정정도상영향루막적은정성,발생궤제여다충인소유관,지속시간비교단,증상비교경。
AIM:To observe the changes of tear film on the patients after laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK) with corneal flap created by femtosecond laser with Oculus corneal topography. <br> METHODS:Totally 120 myopic patients (240 eyes) were collected who underwent femtosecond laser surgery LASIK from August to September 2013, and these patients can be followed up for 3mo. Tear break-up time ( BUT) and tear meniscus height ( TMH ) with Oculus corneal topography were recorded preoperatively and postoperatively at 1wk;1, 2 and 3mo. <br> RESULTS: Oculus BUT: there existed obvious differences (P=0. 012, 0. 000, 0. 023<0. 05) in 1wk, 1 and 2mo compared with the preoperative level. While no such obvious difference ( P = 0. 236 > 0. 05 ) existed in 3mo compared with the preoperative level. TMH:there existed obvious differences (P=0. 025, 0. 019, 0. 026<0. 05) in 1wk, 1 and 2mo compared with the preoperative level. No such obvious difference ( P = 0. 375>0. 05 ) existed in 3mo compared with the preoperative level. <br> CONCLUSION: Femtosecond laser surgery affects the stability of the tear film at a certain time and a certain extent. The mechanism related to many factors. It is temporary and lighted.
