针对钛合金航空结构件数控加工过程中铣削功率不断变化,容易超过机床许用功率的问题,基于Vericut软件二次开发,在数控加工仿真过程中提取、计算出刀具轨迹各处的切削用量,研究铣削功率的计算方法,实现功率的预先计算,绘制功率曲线,与机床功率曲线进行比较。计算实例表明,编制存在全刀加工和残留区域的粗加工数控程序时,提出的功率预先计算方法可以帮助工艺人员合理设置切削用量,有效避免铣削功率超出许用功率的问题。
針對鈦閤金航空結構件數控加工過程中鐉削功率不斷變化,容易超過機床許用功率的問題,基于Vericut軟件二次開髮,在數控加工倣真過程中提取、計算齣刀具軌跡各處的切削用量,研究鐉削功率的計算方法,實現功率的預先計算,繪製功率麯線,與機床功率麯線進行比較。計算實例錶明,編製存在全刀加工和殘留區域的粗加工數控程序時,提齣的功率預先計算方法可以幫助工藝人員閤理設置切削用量,有效避免鐉削功率超齣許用功率的問題。

Aiming at the problem of exceeding the allowable power for machine tool because of milling pow-er changing in the course of titanium alloy aerospace structure parts’ s NC machining, this paper extract, cal-culate the cutting parameters in tool path everywhere based on the Vericut software secondary development in the simulation of NC machining process, research on the calculation method of milling power, precalculate power, draw power curve, compare with the milling power curve. The calculation example show that the precalculation method for power presented by this paper can help technicians set reasonable cutting parame-ters, effectively avoid the milling power exceeding the allowable power when programming the rough machi-ning NC program for full-cutter machining and during residual area.
