针对龙门加工中心整机热力学性能分析的需要,综合考虑机床结构特点、内外部热源的影响,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对整机进行未加载接触热阻和加载接触热阻两种情况下的稳态热分析。将加载结合面接触热阻的温度场作为载荷,对加工中心进行热变形分析。结果表明结合面接触热阻对整机温度场的分布有较大的影响,为加工中心结构优化及整机综合热误差补偿提供了理论依据。
針對龍門加工中心整機熱力學性能分析的需要,綜閤攷慮機床結構特點、內外部熱源的影響,使用有限元分析軟件ANSYS Workbench對整機進行未加載接觸熱阻和加載接觸熱阻兩種情況下的穩態熱分析。將加載結閤麵接觸熱阻的溫度場作為載荷,對加工中心進行熱變形分析。結果錶明結閤麵接觸熱阻對整機溫度場的分佈有較大的影響,為加工中心結構優化及整機綜閤熱誤差補償提供瞭理論依據。

According to the need of thermodynamic performance analysis, the whole gantry machining cen-ter was carried out the steady state thermal analysis based on loaded and unloaded thermal contact resistance by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. This analysis was comprehensively considered of the machine tool structural features, internal and external heat source. The thermal deformation of machi-ning center was analyzed through loading the temperature field of joint surface thermal contact resistance. The results showed that the thermal contact resistance of joint surface has significant effects on temperature field distribution of whole machine,providing a theoretical basis for the structure optimization and the synthe-sis thermal error compensation of gantry machining center.
