目的:探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)与宫颈癌患者循环血中微小 RNA(miRNA)218的关系。方法收集宫颈癌患者作为病例组,选取年龄与病例组匹配并符合对照组标准的子宫肌瘤作为对照组。采血并测定对照组和病例组循环血中的 miRNA218水平,分析病例组中不同 HPV 亚型感染患者的血 miRNA218表达水平;以及不同病理分期宫颈癌患者的血 miRNA218表达水平。结果病例组患者中 HPV16亚型和 HPV18亚型感染的患者血中 miRNA218表达水平明显低于对照组和病例组 HPV 其他亚型感染者(P<0.01);宫颈癌Ⅰ期患者血中miRNA218表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);并且宫颈癌Ⅱ期患者血中 miRNA218表达水平明显低于宫颈癌Ⅰ期(P<0.05)和对照组(P<0.01)。结论循环血中 miRNA218水平和宫颈癌侵袭程度密切相关;并且高危 HPV亚型 HPV16和 HPV18感染患者与循环血中 miRNA218水平密切相关。

목적:탐토인유두류병독(HPV)여궁경암환자순배혈중미소 RNA(miRNA)218적관계。방법수집궁경암환자작위병례조,선취년령여병례조필배병부합대조조표준적자궁기류작위대조조。채혈병측정대조조화병례조순배혈중적 miRNA218수평,분석병례조중불동 HPV 아형감염환자적혈 miRNA218표체수평;이급불동병리분기궁경암환자적혈 miRNA218표체수평。결과병례조환자중 HPV16아형화 HPV18아형감염적환자혈중 miRNA218표체수평명현저우대조조화병례조 HPV 기타아형감염자(P<0.01);궁경암Ⅰ기환자혈중miRNA218표체수평명현저우대조조(P<0.01);병차궁경암Ⅱ기환자혈중 miRNA218표체수평명현저우궁경암Ⅰ기(P<0.05)화대조조(P<0.01)。결론순배혈중 miRNA218수평화궁경암침습정도밀절상관;병차고위 HPV아형 HPV16화 HPV18감염환자여순배혈중 miRNA218수평밀절상관。
Objective To investigate the correlation between human papillomavirus (HPV) and microRNA (miRNA) 218 in circulating blood of patients with cervical carcinoma. Methods Cervical carcinoma patients were re-cruited as the case group, and female patients with hysteromyoma matching for the age of case group were recruited as control group. MiRNA218 levels in the circulating blood were determined, and the miRNA218 expression in circulat-ing blood of patients with cervical carcinoma patients infected with different types of HPV were analyzed. The miR-NA218 levels in cervical carcinoma patients with different pathologic stages were also analyzed. Results The expres-sion of miRNA218 in circulating blood of patients with cervical carcinoma infected with HPV subtype-16 and subtype-18 were significantly attenuated compared with those in control group and cervical carcinoma patients infected with other subtypes of HPV (both P<0.01). Moreover, the miRNA218 expression level in circulating blood of patients with stage Ⅰ cervical carcinoma was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P<0.01). Additionally, the miRNA218 expression level in circulating blood of patients with stage Ⅱ cervical carcinoma was significantly attenu-ated than that of case group (P<0.05) and control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The miRNA218 levels in circulating blood are closely correlated with tumor invasion in cervical carcinoma patients. High-risk HPV, namely the subtype-16 and subtype-18, are closely correlated with the miRNA218 levels in circulating blood of patients with cervical carcino-ma.
