建立同时测定唐古特瑞香(Dap hne tangutic a)中瑞香素和芫花素的含量的HPLC方法。采用Agi-lent ZORBAX(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;检测波长为360 nm;柱温为30℃。结果表明,瑞香素在0.115~0.920μg内线性关系良好(R2=0.9999),其平均回收率为99.19%,RSD=1.2%(n=9)。芫花素在0.011~0.088μg内线性关系良好(R2=0.9999),其平均回收率为100.25%,RSD=1.5%(n=9)。该方法样品处理简单、准确度高、分离效果好,适用于该药的成分测定。

The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC﹚ was used to simultaneously determine daphnetin and genkwanin in Daphne tangutica. The samples were separated on Agilent ZORBAX (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm﹚ column. Detection wavelength was 360 nm and column temperature was 30℃. The results showed that the linear range of daphnetin was good in 0.115~0.920μg (R2=0.999 9﹚ with the average recovery of 99.19% and RSD of 1.2%(n=9). The linear range of genkwanin was good in 0.011~0.088μg (R2=0.999 9﹚ with the average recovery of 100.25% and RSD of 1.5%(n=9﹚. This method was simple, accurate,and suitable for determining components and quantities of daphnetin and genkwanin in Daphne tangutica.
