试验研究了超声波协同高压热水浸提法从香菇(Lentinus edodes)中提取活性多糖的最适条件。通过正交试验,探讨了料液比(g/mL,下同)、超声波功率、超声波处理时间、高压热水浸提时间及高压热水浸提温度对香菇多糖提取率的影响,并以香菇多糖提取率为评价指标,优化其提取工艺。结果表明,超声波协同高压热水浸提法提取香菇多糖的最适条件为:料液比1:50,超声波功率250 W,超声波处理时间8 min,高压热水浸提温度108℃,高压热水浸提时间100 min。在此条件下,香菇多糖的提取率为27.2%。

The conditions of extracting polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes by ultrasonic combining with high pressure hot water were optimized through analyzed effects of solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic treatment time, high pressure extraction time and high pressure extraction temperature on the extraction rate of polysaccharide. The results showed that the optimal condition was the solid-liquid ratio of 1:50(g/mL﹚, ultrasonic power of 250 W, ultrasonic time of 8 min, high pres-sure extraction temperature of 108℃, high pressure extraction time of 100 min. Under the optimal condition, the polysaccha-ride extraction rate was 27.2%.
