以蚯蚓粪为主要原料配合不同体积比的珍珠岩作为育苗基质,研究了复合基质对西葫芦(Cuc urb ita pepo L.)种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,与草炭相比,蚯蚓粪具有有机质含量高,营养丰富,氮、磷、钾含量高等特性;蚯蚓粪和珍珠岩以3:1(V/V )混合基质育苗效果最佳,既提高了西葫芦种子的出苗率,又促进了幼苗的生长发育,地上部干重、地下部干重、根系活力和壮苗指数分别是对照的1.95、2.20、1.34和2.20倍。

Vermicompost and perlite with different ratios were used as nursery substrate to study effects of compound substrate on emergence rate, growth and development of summer squash (Cucurbita pepo L.) seedlings. Results showed that compared with peat, vermicompost had more organic matter, nutrient-rich, higher concentration phosphate and potassium and nitrogen. Vermicompost compound substrates increased emergence rate of summer squash seeds, promoted the growth and development of summer squash seedling. The optimal ratio of vermi compost and vermiculite was 3:1 (V:V﹚. Dry weight of shoot, dry weight of root, root vigor, health seedling was 1.95,2.20,1.34,and 2.20 times more than the contrast.
