通过盆栽试验,测定了翅碱蓬(Suaeda heteroptera Kitagawa)在盐渍化条件下受石油污染时的生长生理指标,研究盐渍化条件下石油污染对翅碱蓬株高、生物量等生长指标以及叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶、可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,翅碱蓬对石油的耐受阈值为5.0 g/kg,超过此阈值抑制作用明显增加。翅碱蓬的株高及生长量随石油浓度增加而下降;叶绿素含量随石油浓度升高而降低;过氧化氢酶在留苗后开始培养的20 d内随石油浓度增加而增加,在40和60 d时低石油浓度下保持平稳,高石油浓度下下降;可溶性蛋白质含量在低石油浓度污染下40 d内基本保持平稳,高石油浓度下下降,60 d时所有石油浓度处理均下降;游离脯氨酸含量40 d内随石油浓度增加而上升,在60 d时,石油浓度≤5.0 g/kg时游离脯氨酸含量显著高于对照,石油浓度为10.0、25.0 g/kg时游离脯氨酸含量显著低于对照。

The effects of petroleum pollution on plant height, dry weight, content of chlorophyll, catalase (CAT﹚ activity, soluble protein, and free proline in Suaeda heteroptera Kitagawa were studied by pot experiments. The results showed that the plants had tolerance threshold of 5.0 g/kg for petroleum, beyond which the plant showed high inhibitory effects compared with control group. With the increase of petroleum concentrations in soils, the growth characteristics declined. The chlorophyll con-tents in the plant declined obviously. CAT activities increased before 20 days and kept stable before 40 and 60 days,then decreased with a high concentration of petroleum. The contents of soluble protein remained stable before 40 days with a low concentration of petroleum while decreased with a high concentration of petroleum. All treatment of petroleum concentrations declined at 60 days. The free proline content increased with the increas of petroleum concentrations before 40 days.The pro-line content was obviously higher than that of CK at 60 days. When the petroleum concentrations were 10.0 and 25.0 g/kg, the proline content was obviously lower than that of CK.
