目的探讨应用组织联合移植修复手部毁损伤的方法.方法 1996年10月至2011年10月共收治手部毁损伤185例,应用(躅)甲皮瓣、第二足趾、股前外侧皮瓣、足背皮瓣等多种组织瓣进行一期联合移植修复.结果术后185例(341指)联合移植组织全部存活,按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:再造拇指优60指,良33指,可16指；再造手指优87指,良114指,可23指,差8指.结论应用组织联合移植能一期重建手的功能和外观,是修复手部毁损伤的理想方法.

Objective To explore the techniques of composite tissue transplantation in the treatment of mutilated hand injuries.Methods From October 1996 to October 2011,185 cases of mutilated hand injuries were treated.They were treated by one-stage composite tissue transfer including the wrap-around flap from the big toe,the second toe,the anterolateral thigh flap and dorsalis pedis flap.Results All 341 pieces of transferred tissue components in 185 patients survived.According to the functional assessment criteria of the upper limb formulated by the Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association,the outcomes of 60 reconstructed thumbs were graded as excellent,33 thumbs as good and 16 thumbs as fair.The results of 87 reconstructed fingers were graded as excellent,114 fingers as good,23 fingers as fair and 8 fingers as poor.Conclusion Composite tissue transfer can restore the function and appearance of a mutilated hand in one stage and is a good method to treat mutilated hand injuries.
