针对我国农村信息化服务现状和实际需求，提出了一种集电话语音、手机短信、互联网络等于一体的多媒体呼叫中心体系，并从结构设计、应诉服务机制、关键技术等方面阐述了该体系的结构和功能，为农民及农业从业者提供政策咨询、就业指导、市场信息、农业生产技术等多元化服务，帮助解决农村用户在生产、生活和农产品销售中的实际问题。
針對我國農村信息化服務現狀和實際需求，提齣瞭一種集電話語音、手機短信、互聯網絡等于一體的多媒體呼叫中心體繫，併從結構設計、應訴服務機製、關鍵技術等方麵闡述瞭該體繫的結構和功能，為農民及農業從業者提供政策咨詢、就業指導、市場信息、農業生產技術等多元化服務，幫助解決農村用戶在生產、生活和農產品銷售中的實際問題。
침대아국농촌신식화복무현상화실제수구，제출료일충집전화어음、수궤단신、호련망락등우일체적다매체호규중심체계，병종결구설계、응소복무궤제、관건기술등방면천술료해체계적결구화공능，위농민급농업종업자제공정책자순、취업지도、시장신식、농업생산기술등다원화복무，방조해결농촌용호재생산、생활화농산품소수중적실제문제。
According to the current situation and the actual requirement of rural informatization service in China, a system of multimedia call center had been introduced, in which voice phone, short message of mobile phone and internet were integrated. Then, the structure and functions of the system were expatiated from structure design, responding service mechanism and key techniques. The system provides diversification services for peasant and agricultural workers in policy consultation, employment guidance, market information and agricultural production technologies in order to help the rural users to solve the actual problems in production, daily life and selling agricultural products.
