研究了外源生长素浓度和时间梯度对烟苗侧根发育和根系生长的影响。结果表明,不同的外源生长素浓度和处理时间长短均会影响烟苗根系生长,其中以120μmol/L的生长素浓度处理12 h能最好地促进烟苗侧根数、侧根长、总根长的增加,主根长受生长素浓度和处理时间长短的影响不明显。120μmol/L的生长素浓度处理12 h有利于两个品种的烟苗地上部的生物量累积,其中K326的生物累积量更大。120μmol/L的生长素浓度处理5 h时,K326的地下部生物累积量最高,对湘烟4号地下部生物累积量无明显影响。两个品种的烟苗根冠比随生长素处理时间的延长呈上升趋势。120μmol/L的生长素浓度分别处理5 h和12 h时,侧根发育关键基因RSI-1的相对表达量处于较高水平。

The study investigates the effects of exogenous auxin concentration and time gradient on lateral root development and root growth of tobacco seedings. Root development of tobacco can be affected by the exogenous auxin concentrations and time intensity. Results show that root growth can be influenced by different auxin concentrations and treatment time, and the lateral root number, lateral root length and total root length are increased with 120 μmol/L auxin treatment for 12 hours, but the main root length cannot be significantly affected. Biomass accumulation of aboveground parts of the two tobacco varieties are accelerated by 120 μmol/L auxin treatment for 12 hours, and the biomass accumulation of K326 is higher than that of Xiangyan 4. Root biomass accumulation of K326 is the highest with 120 μmol/L auxin treatment for 5 hours, which, however, does not impact the root biomass accumulation of Xiangyan 4. The root/shoot ratio of the two varieties shows an upward trend along with the increase of treatment time. The relative expression of RSI-1 is relatively higher with 120μmol/L auxin treatment for 5 and 12 hours.
