目的研究Vitapex糊剂对慢性无窦型根尖周炎根管内封药的疗效观察。方法慢性无窦型的根尖周炎患者，用传统的甲醛甲酚根管封药一周，但叩痛仍不消失的患牙共70颗，按就诊时间随机数字法分组，第一组35颗患牙用Vitapex糊剂；第二组35颗患牙樟脑酚与奥硝唑粉剂调和成稀糊剂；分别用吸潮纸尖蘸上述两种药物根管内继续封药一周，如期复诊。如果复诊时，效果不满意，叩痛仍不消失，则分别按上述两种方法继续封药一周，或者再一周等。结果 X2分析表明，两种封药的疗效有统计学差异，Vitapex糊剂组明显优于樟脑酚与奥硝唑联合组，但是两组在开始见效的封药次数之间尚不能得出有统计学差异的结论。结论 x2检验统计分析表明，Vitapex糊剂对顽固性根尖周病的治疗效果明显。
목적연구Vitapex호제대만성무두형근첨주염근관내봉약적료효관찰。방법만성무두형적근첨주염환자，용전통적갑철갑분근관봉약일주，단고통잉불소실적환아공70과，안취진시간수궤수자법분조，제일조35과환아용Vitapex호제；제이조35과환아장뇌분여오초서분제조화성희호제；분별용흡조지첨잠상술량충약물근관내계속봉약일주，여기복진。여과복진시，효과불만의，고통잉불소실，칙분별안상술량충방법계속봉약일주，혹자재일주등。결과 X2분석표명，량충봉약적료효유통계학차이，Vitapex호제조명현우우장뇌분여오초서연합조，단시량조재개시견효적봉약차수지간상불능득출유통계학차이적결론。결론 x2검험통계분석표명，Vitapex호제대완고성근첨주병적치료효과명현。
Objective To study the curative effect of Vitapex paste without sinus periapical periodontitis of intracanal medicament on chronic.
