目的：探讨腹腔镜联合宫腔镜在治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院明确诊断为输卵管阻塞的不孕症患者168例，按照完全随机的方法分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用宫腹腔镜联合的方法治疗输卵管阻塞，对照组采取开腹手术的方法治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果采取宫腹腔镜联合的方法其治疗有效率（81.40%）明显高于常规开腹手术有效率（60.47%）。结论腹腔镜联合宫腔镜在治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕时具有比较好的临床应用价值，值得进一步在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility. Methods Our hospital diagnosed as tubal obstruction infertility patients 168 cases, according to a completely random method is divided into observation group and control group, the observation group laparoscopy combined treatment method of tubal obstruction, take control laparotomy approach treatment, the treatment effect was observed in both groups.Results Laparoscopy combined approach adopted its treatment efficiency (81.40%) was significantly higher than the efficiency of conventional open surgery (60.47%).Conclusion Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with relatively good clinical value in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility, worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
