目的：探讨婴幼儿潮气肺功能支气管激发试验的安全性、可靠性及水合氯醛的镇静效果。方法回顾性分析我院1000例慢性咳嗽患儿的潮气肺功能支气管激发试验。结果1000例慢性咳嗽患儿支气管激发实验的阳性率为62.5%，实验全程检测SPO2及肺部哮鸣音，无一例出现SPO2小于85%、呼吸窘迫及哮喘重度发作，流速容量环的变化符合测试结果。水合氯醛运用成功率为81.7%，其余镇静失败者选择人工气道激发实验。结论婴幼儿潮气肺功能支气管激发试验的安全、可靠；水合氯醛的镇静效果良好。
목적：탐토영유인조기폐공능지기관격발시험적안전성、가고성급수합록철적진정효과。방법회고성분석아원1000례만성해수환인적조기폐공능지기관격발시험。결과1000례만성해수환인지기관격발실험적양성솔위62.5%，실험전정검측SPO2급폐부효명음，무일례출현SPO2소우85%、호흡군박급효천중도발작，류속용량배적변화부합측시결과。수합록철운용성공솔위81.7%，기여진정실패자선택인공기도격발실험。결론영유인조기폐공능지기관격발시험적안전、가고；수합록철적진정효과량호。
Objective To investigate the safety and the reliability of the lung function of infants with moisture and bronchial provocation test.To evaluation the sedation of chloral hydrate. Methods Retrospective analysis of 1000 cases of Tidal Pulmonary Function in children with chronic cough provocation test in our hospital. Results The positive rate of 1000 cases of chronic cough in children with bronchial provocation test was 62.5% . Experimental testing of SPO2 and pulmonary wheezing . There were no less than 85% SPO2, respiratory distress and severe asthma. Change of the flow volume loop is in accordance with test results. Chloral hydrate with a success rate of 81.7%, the remaining calm loser selection of artificial airway provocation test. Conclusion Infant moisture bronchial provocation test of lung function is safe, reliable; chloral hydrate sedation effect is good.
