目的：探讨腹腔镜探查联合阴式子宫切除术患者的护理干预方法及效果。方法：将72例行腹腔镜探查联合阴式子宫切除术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各36例，对照组给予腹腔镜手术常规护理，实验组在此基础上实施围术期护理干预。比较两组患者住院时间、满意度及并发症发生情况。结果：实验组患者平均住院时间明显短于对照组，护理满意度明显高于对照组，并发症发生例数明显少与对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：对腹腔镜探查联合阴式子宫切除术患者实施护理干预，可以缩短住院时间，提高满意度，减少并发症，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토복강경탐사연합음식자궁절제술환자적호리간예방법급효과。방법：장72례행복강경탐사연합음식자궁절제술환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각36례，대조조급여복강경수술상규호리，실험조재차기출상실시위술기호리간예。비교량조환자주원시간、만의도급병발증발생정황。결과：실험조환자평균주원시간명현단우대조조，호리만의도명현고우대조조，병발증발생례수명현소여대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론：대복강경탐사연합음식자궁절제술환자실시호리간예，가이축단주원시간，제고만의도，감소병발증，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the nursing intervention methods and the effect in the laparoscopy combined with transvaginal hyster-ectomy. Methods:72 patients who underwent laparoscopy combined with transvaginal hysterectomy were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group(36 cases in each group). The conventional nursing care for the patients with laparoscopic operation was taken in the control group and the perioperative nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the experimental group. The hos-pitalization days,patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The hospitalization days were fewer,patient satisfaction rate of nursing care was higher and the incidence of complications was significantly less in the experi-mental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention implemented in the laparoscopy combined with trans-vaginal hysterectomy can shorten the hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction and reduce complications.
