目的：探讨右旋美托咪啶在重度子痫前期患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法：将120例重度子痫前期患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例，对照组采用常规治疗与护理措施，实验组在对照组基础上应用右旋美托咪啶。比较两组患者生理指标、护理指标及协同作用指标。结果：两组治疗护理前后各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05），实验组治疗护理后与对照组治疗护理后比较差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05），实验组住院时间、并发症发生率及临床症状消失时间均少于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。结论：对重度子痫患者术后应用右旋美托咪啶配合程序化护理能有效促进患者生理指标恢复。
목적：탐토우선미탁미정재중도자간전기환자술후호리중적응용효과。방법：장120례중도자간전기환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각60례，대조조채용상규치료여호리조시，실험조재대조조기출상응용우선미탁미정。비교량조환자생리지표、호리지표급협동작용지표。결과：량조치료호리전후각항지표비교차이균유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05），실험조치료호리후여대조조치료호리후비교차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05），실험조주원시간、병발증발생솔급림상증상소실시간균소우대조조（ P ﹤0.05）。결론：대중도자간환자술후응용우선미탁미정배합정서화호리능유효촉진환자생리지표회복。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of dexmedetomidine in the postoperative nursing care of patients with severe preeclampsia. Methods:120 patients with severe preeclampsia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(60 cases in each group). The conventional treatment and nursing care was given to the patients in the control group;dexmedetomidine was ad-ditionally given to the patients in the experimental group. The physiological index,nursing index and interaction index were compared be-tween the two groups. Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of each index before and after treatment and nursing care in the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05);the comparison of each index was significantly different between the two groups after treatment and nursing care(P ﹤0. 05);the hospitalization time,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and complications were shorter and less in the experimental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of dexmedetomidine combined with programmed nursing care can effectively promote the recovery of physiological index in the postoperative nursing care of patients with severe preeclampsia.
