通过专业化分级散叶收购对工业企业原料应用情况影响的分析，探讨了散叶收购的优劣性。结果表明：专业化分级散叶收购能够有效提升烟叶的收购质量，去除青烟、杂色烟，减少非烟物质的混入，提高烟叶的等级纯度和等级合格率，提升烟叶化学成分的均质性及烟叶的外观质量、感官质量等整体质量水平，提高烟叶的工业可用性，同时，散叶收购能够减少工业企业精片选的用工成本，减少部分烟叶精片选过程中的燥碎，提升烟叶的耐加工性，达到“减工降本、提质增效”的目的。

Through analyzing the impact of professional grade loose leaf purchasing on the application of industrial enterprises material, the merits of loose leaf purchasing were discussed. The results showed that the professional grade loose tobacco leaf purchasing can effectively improve the purchasing quality; remove green smoke and variegated smoke; reduce mixing NTRM; improve the grade purity and grade qualified rate; enhance the overall quality level such as the homogeneity of the chemical composition, tobacco appearance quality, sensory quality and so on; and improve tobacco industrial availability. Meanwhile, loose leaf purchasing can reduce labor costs when industrial enterprises selected every piece; reduce some tobacco fine pieces dry broken in election process; enhance tobacco capacity of resistance to processing, to achieve the purposes of “quality, efficiency, less labor and cost”.
