采用田间小区试验,研究了不同有机无机肥配施对莴苣的光合作用、产量与品质的影响。结果表明:有机无机肥配施能够增加莴苣的叶绿素含量,增强莴苣的光合作用,促进莴苣产量和品质提高;其中,化肥配施生猪养殖垫料和稻草加菌剂堆制发酵的有机肥C(处理C)的增产效果最好,比纯化肥处理增产25.15%;化肥配施生猪养殖垫料堆制发酵的有机肥A(处理A)的莴苣品质最好。

Field plot experiment was carried out to study the effect of three different combined applications of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the photosynthesis, yield and quality of lettuce. The results showed that chlorophyll content, photosynthesis, yield and quality of lettuce can be enhanced by combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers. Among all of the treatments, the treatment C, which combined application of inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer fermented by pig breeding mat with straw and microbial inoculum, had the highest yield, and the yield increased by 25.15% in comparison with treatment of pure chemical fertilizer; however, the treatment A, which combined application of inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer fermented by pig breeding mat, had the best quality of lettuce.
