叶片是水稻光合作用的重要器官,水稻的叶形与产量密切相关。利用构建的多种遗传群体和突变体库,目前已定位和克隆到多个参与叶形调控的基因。综述了叶形遗传调控机理的研究进展,汇总了参与调控叶形相关的QTLs和基因,并对该领域的研究进行展望。

leaf is an important organ for rice photosynthesis, and leaf morphology is closely related to rice yield. At present, by dint of a variety of constructed genetic groups and mutant library, a number of genes involved in regulating leaf morphology have been mapped and/or cloned. This paper reviewed the advances in genetic mechanism of multiple traits relating leaf morphology and summarized the QTLs and genes involved in regulating leaf morphology, which is better for understanding the regulatory networks of genes controlling rice leaf morphology.
