建立了测定黄瓜中涕灭威残留量的方法,即采用乙腈萃取黄瓜,涕灭威及其代谢物通过过氧化氢化转化为涕灭威,再用二氯甲烷提取去除干扰,然后用配备热离子火焰光度检测器的气相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。黄瓜中涕灭威残留量回收率研究,平均回收率为84.2%~96.1%,相对标准偏差为1.40%~3.42%,方法的检测限为0.01 mg。该方法快速、简捷、精密。

The method for determination of aldicarb residue in cucumber by GC/FTD was developed. Aldicarb in cucumber was extracted with acetonitrile .The extract was oxidated by H2O2 . and following purified by liquid-liquid pqrtition with dichloride methane .The components in cucumber,which interfere aldicarb in GC/FTD analysis with the external standard method. Recoveries of aldicarbresidue from cucumber samples were studied that recoveries ranging fron 84.2% to 96.1% and RSD from 1.40% to 3.42% , minimum detection linit at 0.01ug. The method is fast、simple、accurate.
