根据某型号铝材质盘型零件的工艺要求,开发制作了高速钻攻专机的机械系统和控制系统。本文基于高速钻攻专机的机械结构,并根据加工工艺,详细研究控制指标,充分发挥设备的加工潜力,并利用PLC实现了系统的参数化控制。利用可编程序逻辑控制器对设备实现综合控制,在零件加工精度、速度、人机交互方面表现出优异性能,在可靠性和可维护性方面都有着明显的优势。
根據某型號鋁材質盤型零件的工藝要求,開髮製作瞭高速鑽攻專機的機械繫統和控製繫統。本文基于高速鑽攻專機的機械結構,併根據加工工藝,詳細研究控製指標,充分髮揮設備的加工潛力,併利用PLC實現瞭繫統的參數化控製。利用可編程序邏輯控製器對設備實現綜閤控製,在零件加工精度、速度、人機交互方麵錶現齣優異性能,在可靠性和可維護性方麵都有著明顯的優勢。

Research on drilling and tapping machine with high speed was developed and made based on the requirements of process on a certain type of disk type aluminum parts with multi-hole and multi-angle. In this paper, detailed study was made on control index based on machine structure to develop machining potential fully and parametric control system was realized by PLC. There are many obvious advantages on reliability and maintainability. Comprehensive control was realized with programmable logic controller with outstanding performance on machining accuracy, velocity, human-machine interaction and so on.
