Comprehensive%Designable%Pediatricnursing%Teaching
目的:探讨在《儿科护理学》教学中开展综合性和设计性实验课程,并评价其教学效果。方法:随机抽取89名护理学院2010级本科学生,随机分为实验组43名和对照组46名,对照组采用传统的实验教学方法,实验组在此基础上开展综合性和设计性实验课程;比较两组学生的实践能力,并了解实验组对开展综合性和设计性实验的感受。结果:实验组技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组( P﹤0.01);实验组大多数学生认可此实验教学。结论:在《儿科护理学》教学中开展综合性和设计性实验课程,能显著提高学生的学习效果,值得推广应用。

Objective:Toexploretheapplicationofthecomprehensiveanddesignableexperimentalcourseinthe“pediatricnursing”teaching and to evaluate the effect of teaching. Methods:89 selected undergraduates( enrolled in 2010)of nursing faculty were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=43)and the control group(n=46). The traditional experimental teaching method was used in the control group;the comprehensive and designable experimental course was adopted in the experimental group. The students’practical abili-ties were compared between the two groups and the experiences of the students in the development of the comprehensive and designable ex-perimental course were collected and analyzed in the experimental group. Results:The average scores of the student’s skill examination were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P﹤0. 01);most students in the experiment group accepted this experimental course. Conclusion:The comprehensive and designable experimental course in the“pediatric nursing”teaching can signifi-cantly improve the learning effect of the students.
