该文采用反相高效液相色谱法测定芝麻油中的苯并(a)芘,分别用Cleanert BAP固相萃取柱和自制固相萃取柱净化,荧光检测器进行检测。结果表明,使用Cleanert BAP固相萃取柱的重现性优于自制的固相萃取柱,回收率在91%~100.5%之间,RSD为3.1%,且操作简便,结果准确可靠。
該文採用反相高效液相色譜法測定芝痳油中的苯併(a)芘,分彆用Cleanert BAP固相萃取柱和自製固相萃取柱淨化,熒光檢測器進行檢測。結果錶明,使用Cleanert BAP固相萃取柱的重現性優于自製的固相萃取柱,迴收率在91%~100.5%之間,RSD為3.1%,且操作簡便,結果準確可靠。

Sesame oil benzo(a)pyrene is determinated with reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method, purged by Cleanert BAP Solid phase extraction column and Self-control Solid phase extraction column,detected by the fluorescence detector.The result shows that the reproducibility by Cleanert BAP Solid phase extraction column is better than by Self-control Solid phase extraction column,the tecoverie is range from 91% to 100.5%,the RSD is 3.1%.This is a good method that the operation is convenient and the result is accurate and reliable.
