目的：通过推拿结合骶管注射治疗下腰段腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究，探讨此种治疗方法的临床应用效果。方法：通过对符合纳入标准的43例下腰段腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果的总结，分析评价该种治疗方法的临床应用效果。结果：推拿结合骶管注射治疗下腰段腰椎间盘突出症操作简单、安全可靠、缩短病程、易于推广，治疗结果有效率在95%以上，腰腿症状、体征基本消失，随访3个月以上疗效稳定。结论：推拿结合骶管注射治疗下腰段腰椎间盘突出症安全可靠，亦可在门诊治疗中推广。
목적：통과추나결합저관주사치료하요단요추간반돌출증적림상연구，탐토차충치료방법적림상응용효과。방법：통과대부합납입표준적43례하요단요추간반돌출증환자치료효과적총결，분석평개해충치료방법적림상응용효과。결과：추나결합저관주사치료하요단요추간반돌출증조작간단、안전가고、축단병정、역우추엄，치료결과유효솔재95%이상，요퇴증상、체정기본소실，수방3개월이상료효은정。결론：추나결합저관주사치료하요단요추간반돌출증안전가고，역가재문진치료중추엄。
Objective:Through clinical study of massage and sacral canal injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, to investigate clinical effects of the treatment method. Methods: A total of 43 patients with lower lumbar protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc patients with summary, analysis to evaluate the clinical effects of the treatment methods. Results: Massage and sacral canal injection in the treatment of lower lumbar protrusion of the intervertebral disc has the advantages of simple operation, safety and reliability, shorten the course oftreatment, easy popularization, the efficiency is more than 95%, low back and legsymptoms, signs disappeared, follow-up 3 months or more stable effects. Conclusion: The massage and sacral canal injection in treating lumbar disc herniation was safe and worthy of promotion.
