目的:观察柴芍冲剂对偏头痛患者血小板和血浆中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)系统的影响,探讨柴芍冲剂治疗偏头痛的机制。方法:分别测定偏头痛患者不同时期血小板、血浆NO生成量和NOS含量,并与健康组相对照。结果:在偏头痛发作期组血浆NO生成量和NOS含量均高于健康者组(P<0.01),发作期组高于间歇期组(P<0.01)。而偏头痛发作期组和间歇期组血小板NO生成量和NOS含量均高于健康者组(P<0.01);但在该药作用下,血小板血浆NO生成量和NOS含量减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:血浆和血小板NO、NOS系统在偏头痛发病中可能有重要作用,柴芍冲剂对此系统起调节作用。

목적:관찰시작충제대편두통환자혈소판화혈장중일양화담(NO)、일양화담합매(NOS)계통적영향,탐토시작충제치료편두통적궤제。방법:분별측정편두통환자불동시기혈소판、혈장NO생성량화NOS함량,병여건강조상대조。결과:재편두통발작기조혈장NO생성량화NOS함량균고우건강자조(P<0.01),발작기조고우간헐기조(P<0.01)。이편두통발작기조화간헐기조혈소판NO생성량화NOS함량균고우건강자조(P<0.01);단재해약작용하,혈소판혈장NO생성량화NOS함량감소(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론:혈장화혈소판NO、NOS계통재편두통발병중가능유중요작용,시작충제대차계통기조절작용。
Objective:To observe influence of Chaishao granules on contents of NO and NOS synthase in migraine plasma and platelets of patients. Methods:Platelets, plasma NO production and NOS content in different period were recorded to compare with these in the healthy group. Results:Plasma NO production and NOS content in migraine attack group were higher than that in the healthy (P<0.01), the data in the attack group were higher than that in the intermittent group (P<0.01). While plasma NO production and NOS content in the migraine attack group and the intermittent group were higher than in the healthy (P<0.01); platelets, plasma NO production and NOS content were slow down with Chaishao granules playing a role (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion:Chaishao granules can adjust the system of NOS and NO synthase of plasma and platelets which play an important role in migraine onset.
