目的：探讨急性心肌梗死患者心肌肌钙蛋白I（cT nI）变化与预后的关系。方法回顾性分析2011年8月至2013年2月该院收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料，检测其cTnI和肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）。结果 cTnI的敏感性显著高于CK-MB ，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；cTnI持续时间大于10 d的患者的心力衰竭发生率和病死率均明显比小于7 d、7～10 d的患者增高，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；发生心力衰竭的患者cT nI浓度持续升高时间比未发生心力衰竭患者较长，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论急性心肌梗死患者预后较差的一个独立危险因素是cT nI持续升高、缓慢下降。临床应加强对患者的监护，给予其及时有效的治疗。

Objective To analyze the relationship between cTn-I levels and prognosis of acute myocardial in-farction patients .Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed .Results The sensitivity of cTn-I was significantly higher than that of CK-MB (P<0 05 .);The heart failure incidence and mortality rates of CTn-I durations>10 d pa-tients were significantly higher than that of patients 7 d ,and 7-10 d(P<0 .05);The time of duration with cTn-I ris-ing in patients of heart failure was significantly longer than that of patients without heart failure (P<0 .05) .Conclu-sion One of independent risk factors of poor prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients is the cTn-I continues to rise and declines slowly ,the doctors should care for patients strengthenly ,and give them timely and effective treat-ment .
