目的:探究在院前心脏停搏患者应用气管插管和球囊辅助呼吸进行急救的效果。方法选自本院2010年~2012年进行院前急救的心脏停搏患者共50例,以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组各有患者25例。对照组患者接受气管插管辅助呼吸,观察组患者接受球囊人工通气治疗。对比2组患者的各项临床指标。结果相对于对照组患者,观察组患者在建立通气时间方面有显著优越性,二者对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余各项临床指标对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对心脏停搏患者进行院前急救的时候,应用球囊或者气管插管的急救方法,在临床效果对比方面相似,但是球囊辅助呼吸建立通气的时间要比气管插管短很多。

목적:탐구재원전심장정박환자응용기관삽관화구낭보조호흡진행급구적효과。방법선자본원2010년~2012년진행원전급구적심장정박환자공50례,이수궤적방식분위대조조여관찰조,매조각유환자25례。대조조환자접수기관삽관보조호흡,관찰조환자접수구낭인공통기치료。대비2조환자적각항림상지표。결과상대우대조조환자,관찰조환자재건립통기시간방면유현저우월성,이자대비구유통계학의의(P<0.05);기여각항림상지표대비무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론대심장정박환자진행원전급구적시후,응용구낭혹자기관삽관적급구방법,재림상효과대비방면상사,단시구낭보조호흡건립통기적시간요비기관삽관단흔다。
Objective To explore the application of endotracheal intubation in patients with cardiac arrest and balloon assisted respiration in pre hospital ifrst aid effect. Methods From the hospital in 2010-2012 years to prehospital cardiac arrest patients were 50 cases, in order to randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group has 25 patients. Patients in the control group received tracheal intubation and assisted respiration, the observation group underwent balloon artiifcialventilation. Clinical indicators were compared between 2 groups. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in observation group had signiifcant superiority in the establishment of ventilation time, both with statistical signiifcance correlation (P<0.05); other clinical indicators compared with no statistical signiifcance(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with cardiac arrest were Academy of ifrst aid, emergencymethods balloon or tracheal intubation, similar in clinical effect comparison, but theballoon assisted respiration building ventilation time much shorter than endotracheal intubation.
