目的：探究对高尿酸血症患者不同护理模式临床效果。方法将我院120例高尿酸血症患者以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组，每组有患者60例。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受优化护理。对比2组患者护理后各项指标改善情况。结果观察组患者接受护理后各项指标相对于对照组有显著优越性（P＜0.05）。结论对高尿酸血症患者进行个性化护理能够有效降低其尿酸水平，提高生活质量。
목적：탐구대고뇨산혈증환자불동호리모식림상효과。방법장아원120례고뇨산혈증환자이수궤적방식분위대조조여관찰조，매조유환자60례。대조조환자접수상규호리，관찰조환자접수우화호리。대비2조환자호리후각항지표개선정황。결과관찰조환자접수호리후각항지표상대우대조조유현저우월성（P＜0.05）。결론대고뇨산혈증환자진행개성화호리능구유효강저기뇨산수평，제고생활질량。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of different nursing model in patients with hyperuricemia. Methods 120 patients with hyperuricemia to randomLy divided into control group and observation group, each group has 60 patients. The control patients receiving conventional care, the observation group patients receiving optimal care. The 2 groups were compared after care indicators to improve the situation. Results The patients in the observation group received nursing indexes have significant advantages compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with hyperuricemia personalized nursing can effectively reduce the level of uric acid, improve the quality of life.
