Based on the research of the topic"Exploration on the Construction of the Cultivation System for Water Supply and Drainage Applied Talents of Independent Colleges", this paper described the research background and content of the topic, e-laborated the ideas of constructing the talent cultivation system as well as the curriculum construction plan, summarized relevant practical experience, and proposed the problems that still exist in the practice in view of the characteristics of applied talents culti-vation.
