“国培计划”是教育部、财政部从2010年起实施的“中小学教师国家级培训计划”。本文先简要介绍我校“国培计划”置换培训项目的实施情况和我校的教育实习，然后阐述我校如何利用“国培计划”平台促进教育实习改革，最后总结“国培计划”顶岗实习对我校教育实习改革的促进作用。
“國培計劃”是教育部、財政部從2010年起實施的“中小學教師國傢級培訓計劃”。本文先簡要介紹我校“國培計劃”置換培訓項目的實施情況和我校的教育實習，然後闡述我校如何利用“國培計劃”平檯促進教育實習改革，最後總結“國培計劃”頂崗實習對我校教育實習改革的促進作用。

"National Training Plan"refers to the"National Train-ing Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" imple-mented by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance since 2010. This paper first briefly introduced the implementation situ-ation of "National Training Plan" replacement training program and the educational practice in our university, and then elaborat-ed the measures taken to promote the reform of educational prac-tice in our university by means of the "National Training Plan"platform, and finally summarized the role of the on-the-duty practice in "National Training Plan" in promoting the reform of educational practice in our university.
