Based on the multi-attribute decision-making analysis theory,the paper establishes the multi-attribute decision-making model of the se-lection for some foundation treatment scheme,finds the solution by adopting the optimal summation method,identifies the optimal scheme from the six preparatory schemes according to the calculation result,and indicates the multi-attribute decision-making analysis theory has easy,applied and effective foundation treatment scheme according to the calculation in the case.
