为了筛选寄主植物挥发物中引诱马铃薯块茎蛾产卵的活性成分,在室内利用选择性产卵试验方法分别测定了寄主植物的10种挥发物:α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、α-石竹烯、β-石竹烯、P-聚伞花素、柠檬烯、壬醛、月桂烯、α-松油烯和烟碱各自不同浓度(0.00075~0.012g.L-1)的溶液对马铃薯块茎蛾产卵选择的影响。结果表明:α-蒎烯、α-石竹烯、β-石竹烯、柠檬烯、月桂烯和烟碱均在浓度范围内(0.00075~0.012g.L-1)分别对马铃薯块茎蛾的产卵有极显著的引诱作用;β-蒎烯、α-松油烯在浓度范围(0.00075~0.012g.L-1)内分别对马铃薯块茎蛾的产卵有显著的引诱作用;P-聚伞花素、壬醛在浓度范围(0.0015~0.012 g.L-1)内对马铃薯块茎蛾的产卵有极显著的引诱作用。本文供试的10种挥发物均对马铃薯块茎蛾有产卵引诱效果。
為瞭篩選寄主植物揮髮物中引誘馬鈴藷塊莖蛾產卵的活性成分,在室內利用選擇性產卵試驗方法分彆測定瞭寄主植物的10種揮髮物:α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、α-石竹烯、β-石竹烯、P-聚傘花素、檸檬烯、壬醛、月桂烯、α-鬆油烯和煙堿各自不同濃度(0.00075~0.012g.L-1)的溶液對馬鈴藷塊莖蛾產卵選擇的影響。結果錶明:α-蒎烯、α-石竹烯、β-石竹烯、檸檬烯、月桂烯和煙堿均在濃度範圍內(0.00075~0.012g.L-1)分彆對馬鈴藷塊莖蛾的產卵有極顯著的引誘作用;β-蒎烯、α-鬆油烯在濃度範圍(0.00075~0.012g.L-1)內分彆對馬鈴藷塊莖蛾的產卵有顯著的引誘作用;P-聚傘花素、壬醛在濃度範圍(0.0015~0.012 g.L-1)內對馬鈴藷塊莖蛾的產卵有極顯著的引誘作用。本文供試的10種揮髮物均對馬鈴藷塊莖蛾有產卵引誘效果。

To determine the oviposition attractants from host-plant volitiles for Phthorimaea operculella, oviposition responses to different concentration (0.00075--0.012 g-L-1) of 10 volatiles from host-plants of P. operculella were investigated by choice test in the laboratory. The results indicated that, a-pinene, a-caryophyllene, β-caryophyllene, limonene, β-myrcene, and nicotine each significantly stimulated oviposition in P. operculella at concentrations of 0.00075--0.012 g.L-1. Each of β-pinene and a-terpinene had significant oviposition attraction effect at concentrations of 0.00075--0.012 g.L-1. And, P-cymene and nonanal each had extremely significant attractive effect on ovipostion at concentrations of 0.0015--0.012 g.L-1. Therefore, all the ten volatiles showed attractive effect on oviposition for P. operculella.
