锈色粒肩天牛Apriona swainsoni (Hope)是为害国槐Sophora japonica Linn.的主要蛀干害虫,花绒寄甲Dastarcus helophoroides (Fairmaire)是锈色粒肩天牛的重要天敌昆虫.为了明确花绒寄甲成虫如何寻找到锈色粒肩天牛所在的微栖境,本研究采用“Y”型嗅觉仪,分别测定了花绒寄甲成虫对锈色粒肩天牛幼虫虫粪、有幼虫虫道的国槐木质部、有幼虫虫道的国槐树皮等的行为反应.结果表明,花绒寄甲对锈色粒肩天牛幼虫虫粪和有虫道及邻近幼虫虫道的木质部均表现出正趋向反应,对有幼虫虫道的木质部和幼虫虫粪间的趋向反应差异不显著;而对天牛老熟幼虫、有虫道的树皮和未受害无虫道的木质部表现出一定的负趋向反应.研究结果表明天牛幼虫虫粪和有幼虫虫道的国槐木质部能够释放引诱天敌成虫的挥发性成分.
鏽色粒肩天牛Apriona swainsoni (Hope)是為害國槐Sophora japonica Linn.的主要蛀榦害蟲,花絨寄甲Dastarcus helophoroides (Fairmaire)是鏽色粒肩天牛的重要天敵昆蟲.為瞭明確花絨寄甲成蟲如何尋找到鏽色粒肩天牛所在的微棲境,本研究採用“Y”型嗅覺儀,分彆測定瞭花絨寄甲成蟲對鏽色粒肩天牛幼蟲蟲糞、有幼蟲蟲道的國槐木質部、有幼蟲蟲道的國槐樹皮等的行為反應.結果錶明,花絨寄甲對鏽色粒肩天牛幼蟲蟲糞和有蟲道及鄰近幼蟲蟲道的木質部均錶現齣正趨嚮反應,對有幼蟲蟲道的木質部和幼蟲蟲糞間的趨嚮反應差異不顯著;而對天牛老熟幼蟲、有蟲道的樹皮和未受害無蟲道的木質部錶現齣一定的負趨嚮反應.研究結果錶明天牛幼蟲蟲糞和有幼蟲蟲道的國槐木質部能夠釋放引誘天敵成蟲的揮髮性成分.

Dastarcus helophoroides (Fairmaire) is an important insect natural enemy ofApriona swainsoni (Hope), a serious wood borer of Sophorajaponica Linn., which is a city-tree of many cities in northern China. In order to unravel the mechanism underlying host searching behavior ofD. helophoroides adults, the olfactory responses of D. helophoroides adults toward host larval frass, wood and bark with host larval tunnels were investigated by using Y-tube olfactometer. Results showed that volatiles from larval frass ofA. swainsoni, wood with larval tunnels, and wood without larval tunnels but from the infested tree were significantly attractive to D. helophoroides when compared with blank air. Host larvae, bark with host larval tunnels, and wood from health tree were not attractive to D. helophoroides. D. helophoroides adults showed no significantly difference in orientation between larval frass and wood with larval tunnels in the Y-tube olfactory. These results indicate that larval frass ofA. swainsoni and wood with larval tunnels could release semiochemicals that are attractive to the natural enemy.
