为探讨有利于玉米单倍体自然加倍的环境条件和基因型材料,为单倍体育种提供参考,利用玉米孤雌生殖诱导系农大高诱1号和5份不同基因型材料诱导产生的玉米单倍体,分别在石家庄春播、石家庄夏播和三亚冬播,在3种生态环境条件下开展玉米单倍体自然加倍效果的研究。结果表明:不同基因型材料间、不同环境条件下,玉米单倍体自然加倍效果差异明显,其中,三亚冬播效果最好,石家庄春播次之,石家庄夏播不适合单倍体自然加倍;参试基因型材料中,先玉808、 MSD1和DMY1的自然加倍效果较好。

위탐토유리우옥미단배체자연가배적배경조건화기인형재료,위단배체육충제공삼고,이용옥미고자생식유도계농대고유1호화5빈불동기인형재료유도산생적옥미단배체,분별재석가장춘파、석가장하파화삼아동파,재3충생태배경조건하개전옥미단배체자연가배효과적연구。결과표명:불동기인형재료간、불동배경조건하,옥미단배체자연가배효과차이명현,기중,삼아동파효과최호,석가장춘파차지,석가장하파불괄합단배체자연가배;삼시기인형재료중,선옥808、 MSD1화DMY1적자연가배효과교호。
In order to explore the environmental conditions and genotypes suitable for natural doubling of maize haploid, provide the reference for the haploid breeding.Using induced haploid Nongda Gaoyou No.1 and 5 different genotypes induced haploid grains as the materials, which were planted in spring of Shijiazhuang, summer of Shijiazhuang and winter of Sanya, the natural doubling effect of maize haploid in different ecological environments were studied.The results showed that the natural doubling effects of different genotypes materials and the different environments had significant differences, the natural doubling effect in winter of Sanya was best, in spring of Shijiazhuang was followed and in summer of Shijiazhuang was not suitable for haploid natural doubling.Among the tested genotypes, the natural doubling effects of Xianyu 808、 MSD1 and DMY1 were better.
