　　为解决芦笋全雄育种中花药培养试管苗生根难的问题，以芦笋品种NJ978花药培养获得的茎尖为材料，研究了培养方式、激素种类及其配比对芦笋试管苗生根的影响。结果表明：3种生长素IBA、 NAA和KT复合使用可诱导试管苗生根，在生根培养基中添加适当浓度的Ancyrmidol能显著提高试管苗的生根率，花药培养来源试管苗适宜的生根培养基为MS＋NAA 0.1 mg/L＋IBA 1.5 mg/L＋KT 0.05 mg/L＋Ancyrmidol 0.50 mg/L，生根率可达90％以上。并在此适宜生根培养基条件下，对4个芦笋品种花药来源试管苗的生根难易程度进行了比较，结果显示，不同芦笋品种的生根率存在较大差异，其中，冠军、 NJ978和NJ857的生根率均＞80％，属于易生根型品种。

In order to solve the problem of rooting of seedling cultivated by anther of asparagus in the all-male breeding, Taking the stem tip cultivated by anther of asparagus variety NJ978 as the material, the effects of culture conditions, the type of hormone and its proportion on the rooting of seedling of asparagus were studied.The results showed that the availability rooting rate was promoted by admixture of IBA , NAA and KT.Add the appropriate concentration of Ancyrmidol to the rooting medium, the availability rooting rate was significantly improved.The optimum medium of seedling cultivated by anther was MS +NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 1.5 mg/L+KT 0.05 mg/L+Ancyrmidol 0.50 mg/L, the rooting rate could reach more than 90%. Then the difficulty degree of rooting of seedling cultivated by anther of 4 asparagus varieties were compared under the suitable rooting conditions . The results indicated that there was large differences between different varieties of asparagus on rooting rate , among them the rooting rate of Guanjun, NJ978 and NJ857 were all more than 80%, the three varieties rooted easily.
