为研究不同葡萄砧木品种实生种子的萌发和幼苗生长情况,以101-14、188-08、5BB、5A、山河2号、山河4号和Dogridge共计7个葡萄砧木品种(涉及4个亲本组合)的实生种子为试材,对种子萌芽势和萌芽率以及1a生植株基茎粗度和枝条成熟度等生长量指标进行了调查。结果表明:不同葡萄砧木品种实生种子的萌芽率与其亲本组合有一定关系。以亲本组合来看,种子萌芽高峰期出现顺序为山葡萄×河岸葡萄>冬葡萄×河岸葡萄>河岸葡萄×沙地葡萄>香槟尼葡萄;种子萌芽势顺序为河岸葡萄×沙地葡萄>冬葡萄×河岸葡萄>山葡萄×河岸葡萄>香槟尼葡萄;河岸葡萄×沙地葡萄组合的种子萌芽率最高,冬葡萄×河岸葡萄组合和香槟尼葡萄居中,山葡萄×河岸葡萄组合的种子萌芽率较低;冬葡萄×河岸葡萄组合的葡萄砧木实生苗长势较强。本研究可为葡萄砧木实生育种提供理论依据。
為研究不同葡萄砧木品種實生種子的萌髮和幼苗生長情況,以101-14、188-08、5BB、5A、山河2號、山河4號和Dogridge共計7箇葡萄砧木品種(涉及4箇親本組閤)的實生種子為試材,對種子萌芽勢和萌芽率以及1a生植株基莖粗度和枝條成熟度等生長量指標進行瞭調查。結果錶明:不同葡萄砧木品種實生種子的萌芽率與其親本組閤有一定關繫。以親本組閤來看,種子萌芽高峰期齣現順序為山葡萄×河岸葡萄>鼕葡萄×河岸葡萄>河岸葡萄×沙地葡萄>香檳尼葡萄;種子萌芽勢順序為河岸葡萄×沙地葡萄>鼕葡萄×河岸葡萄>山葡萄×河岸葡萄>香檳尼葡萄;河岸葡萄×沙地葡萄組閤的種子萌芽率最高,鼕葡萄×河岸葡萄組閤和香檳尼葡萄居中,山葡萄×河岸葡萄組閤的種子萌芽率較低;鼕葡萄×河岸葡萄組閤的葡萄砧木實生苗長勢較彊。本研究可為葡萄砧木實生育種提供理論依據。

To study the seed germination and seedling growth of different grape rootstocks , the seeds of 7 grape rootstocks including 101-14, 188-08, 5BB, 5A, Shanhe No.2, Shanhe No.4 and Dogridge ( involving 4 parental combinations) were selected as the test materials, the germination potential and germination rate of seed, annual plant stem diameter and shoot maturity of different grape rootstocks were investigated.The results showed that there was a certain relationship between the seed germination rate of different grape varieties and its parental combination.In terms of parental combination, the order of the seed germination peak was Mountain grape ×Riverbank grape >Winter grape ×Riverbank grape >Riverbank grape ×Sand grape >Champagne grape, the order of the seed germination potential from high to low was Riverbank grape ×Sand grape, Winter grape × Riverbank grape, Mountain grape ×Riverbank grape, Champagne grape.The seed germination rate of Riverbank grape ×Sand grape was the highest, that of Winter grape ×Riverbank grape and Champagne grape was in the middle, the seed germination rate of Mountain grape ×Riverbank grape was the lowest.The growth of grape rootstock seedling of Winter grape ×Riverbank grape was higher.It provided theoretical basis for grape rootstock seedling breeding.
