根据电磁学与力学理论,推导出电机气隙与电磁转矩的关系,即改变气隙大小可以改变电磁转矩大小。根据该关系式利用曲柄滑块机构设计了自动变力矩机构,该机构可以在电机运行过程中自动改变电机转子结构,改变合成磁密,改变了电磁转矩。最终实现了在电机运行过程中自动变力矩,大大节约了能量,改善了电动机的性能,有较好的应用前景。

According Electromagnetism and mechanics theory, the relationship of motor’s air gap and electromagnetic torque is deduced. In other words, changing the size of the air gap can change the size of the electromagnetic torque. Using Slider-crank mechanism and basing on the relationship, an variable torque mechanism is designed. The mecha-nism can change the motor rotor’s structure, during the running of motor automatically, changing the synthetic flux density and the electromagnetic torque. Finally,it can change the torque automatically. It can save energy,improve mo-tors’performance,and have better application prospects.
