准周期单级衍射光栅(MGPG)可以抑制高级衍射,提高光谱系统的精密度和信噪比。本文从理论及实验两方面阐述了反射式准周期单级衍射光栅良好的衍射特性。实验证明,MGPG能够有效抑制高级衍射。基于其宽波段特性以及高线密度下的可实现性,MGPG在反射式光谱测量系统中将会得到广泛应用。

MGPGS are used to suppress higher order diffraction, and improve the signal-noise-ratio and precision. In this paper,the perfect diffraction characteristics of reflection type MGPGS are expounded in both theory and experiment. The results show that the high order diffraction can be suppressed effectively by MGPG. Based on a wide wavelength range and realizability with high line density,MGPG will be applied widely in reflection type spectrum measurement system.
