为了得到周视引信所需光源的整形光束,每个光源采用3个平铺排列的半导体激光器组合发光而得到,用Zemax在序列模式下对激光快、慢轴的光束使用柱面镜分别进行准直和扩束。在两个方向的发散角均满足条件后,使用此透镜结构,在非序列模式下以3个激光光源进行模拟,实验结果证明,虽然和在序列模式下略有变化,但基本满足需求,实现了快轴方向准直后为1.34°,慢轴方向扩束后为50.6°。

In order to get shaped light beam for panorama fuze, each light source consists of three tiled semiconductor laser diodes (LDs). In the sequence mode of Zemax, cylindrical mirror is used to collimate and expand the fast and slow axis lights respectively. As the divergence angles in the two directions satisfy requirement, using this lens struc-ture, the 3-LD source is simulated in the non-sequence mode. The experimental results show that although there is a slight change comparing to that in the sequence mode;the basis demand can be met;the divergence angles can reach respectively 1.34° in the fast axis direction after collimating and 50.6° in the slow axis direction after expanding.
