目的建立了超高压液相色谱-串联质谱法测定马口铁罐内涂层中双酚A迁移含量的方法。方法样品经模拟溶液提取后用C18色谱柱分离, UPLC-MS/MS多反应监测模式下进行定性定量分析,并对金属制品内涂层双酚A在不同食品模拟物环境下的迁移行为进行了研究。结果线性范围为5.0~100.0μg/L,最低检测浓度为1.0μg/L,回收率为78.6%~86.2%,相对标准偏差为7.3%~12.6%。结论双酚A迁移水平受模拟物性质影响,相对于水性模拟物,在醇溶性模拟物中更易发生迁移。双酚A迁移水平随迁移试验温度和接触时间的增加而升高。

Objective An ultra high pressure liquid chromatography (UHPLC)-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (MS/MS) method has been established for determination of bisphenol A (BPA) migration content in coating tinplate tank. Methods The different simulation extraction solutions were separated with C18 chromatographic column, and were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed with UPLC-MS/MS. The migra-tion behavior of free BPA in metal food packaging material in different food simulation solution was studied. Results The method linear range was 5.0~100.0μg/L, the minimum detection concentration was 1.0μg/L, the recovery was 78.6%~86.2%, and the relative standard deviation was 7.3%~12.6%. Conclusion The migration behavior of BPA is affected by the nature of simulation solution properties. Compared with water-based analog, the more migration will curred in alcohol-soluble simulation solution. The migration level of BPA will be in-creased with increase of temperature and contaction time.
