目的建立同时测定塑料包装材料中有毒有害物质的气相色谱-质谱法,其中包括增塑剂、抗氧化剂、爽滑剂等有毒有害物。方法塑料样品用甲醇-乙酸乙酯(2:1)超声提取,经0.45μm 滤膜过滤后,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)在选择离子监测模式(SIM)进行检测。结果该方法具有良好的线性相关性(相关系数r>0.9990),在三个添加水平下,样品平均回收率在87.9%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD, n=5)在2.8%~9.5%之间。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于食品塑料包装材料中多种有毒有害物质同时快速、灵敏检测。

Objective To establish the method of simultaneous determination of multiple harmful sub-stances in food plastic packing materials by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS), including plas-ticizers, antioxidants and slip agents. Methods The samples of food plastic packing materials were extracted with methanol-ethyl acetate (2:1) by ultrasonic extraction, then filtrated through the membrane with 0.45 μm diameter, and determined by GC-MS under selective ion monitoring mode. Results A good linear correlation was observed with the correlation coefficients (r>0.9990) for all analytes. The recovery range was 87.9%~103.0% at three spiked concentrations, with the relative standard deviation of2.8%~9.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which is suitable for high through-put determination for harmful substances in food plastic packing materials.
